Okay so I am over a year behind - I know. Hopefully I will catch up this year! Here is a start at it!
On Sunday, Nov. 28th, 2010 Hadley and I went to a Nutcracker Tea put on by a local Ballet Group.
We had a good seat at a table up by the stage.
Our friend, Kate and her Mom, Karen were there also, but they were also joined by a table full of family! They look so young and sweet!
Hadley enjoyed the hot chocolate and all the sugary treats!
They put on performances of parts of the Nutcracker - just enough to keep you entertained! Then the dancers would walk around and greet all the guest.
Here is Hadley with Clara, her prince and a few smaller dancers.
She had lots of favorites and was happy to get her picture taken with any of them!
She also loved getting dressed up and spending the time with just her and Mommy!
At the end the attendees got to go up on stage and they read a story to them. Then they were able to sit in front of the stage and watch more dancing!
It was a great time. Unfortunately, we waited too long to get our tickets in 2011 and it was sold out!
