In mid October we went to Kansas City to see my family. We started having "Mullinaxfest" in 1988. The original reason was to get my Grandmother's kids & grandkids together around her birthday (10/15) as we were not sure how much longer she was going to be with us. She lasted for 7 of these annual events.
We then continued to have them each year. Some years it was a family wedding or other family event and the time of year moved around here and there, but the main reason was still to get together - eat, drink, play golf, shop, laugh and spend some time with family.
We flew up for the weekend and hung out at my brother and sister's homes with their families, my Dad & Ona and my cousin, Jared's family. We missed those who were able to join us.
We went to the mall on Saturday morning and decided to try out a new fun thing.
Here you can see both kids are on their bouncers - Sean strapped in and ready and Hadley waiting for her turn to get strapped in.
But, when she said ready to jump - Sean decided he did not want to and pulled out (thank goodness I got my $$ back!).
