Santa sent an elf to help him watch Sean & Hadley to find out if they are being good or bad before Christmas gets here.Here he is sitting in the kitchen on the microwave. Every night Christmas magic helps him go back to the North Pole to report in to "the boss". He is back by morning and in a new place each day.
Each evening we have been reading our book about our elf. (Don't ya love Hadley's "cheese" face). It was Mommy's turn to read, so Daddy took our picture.
Every morning we have to search to find the elf in his new spot. Friday he was sitting among Mommy's Santa collection.

The only rule is we can not touch the elf. We are just so glad that our elf is young and behaves himself unlike the one that was sent to the Copenhaver's house!

I just saw Elf on the Shelf at the store and thought it was an awesome idea...I can't wait to do it with Madeline too. It looks like your little ones love him!
