Big Brothers Big Sisters

As most of you know Pat and I are Big Brother and Big Sister to Tom & Tina Murphy for almost three years now.

Last Saturday, Tina and I went to the BBBS Annual Picnic. Here is our picture taken at the picnic. Tom had to work, so Pat and the babies stayed home. Last year Tina was unable to go. Hopefully next year we can all four (well, six) make it!

We had a good time. Ate, did some crafts, went thru a maze, met our match consultant and just spent some time catching up.









On Wednesday, May 7th we went to their church for an 8th Grade Graduation Mass for Tina. Here is a picture that Maureen, her Mom took. You can go to their blog link from our favorites to see more.

Tina will be in 9th grade - going to high school next year. Tom will be in the 10th grade.

We need to find some time to get Tom & Pat together soon. We are very happy to have these kids in our life. Unfortunately, we do not get to spend as much time with them as we would like, but they understand and are great with our kids.
