Catching up

Here are Sean and Hadley eating bananas by themselves last Monday. They both love them.

Sean is like a bull in a china shop. Nothing gets in his way - not even his sister. He is crawling right over her to get to the toys.

Been a little distracted with Hadley's diagnosis and busy with all our friends! We walked everyday last week with either Sally & Shawn or Karen, Ben & Kate. This week we hope we can all get on the same schedule to walk together and maybe with an additional mom/daughter we met while out walking last week. Friday night Sally, Karen and I went over to Jessica's for dinner and to scrapbook (we worked on baby books). The guys and babies all hung out here at our house and ate chili and played a little poker. On Saturday our home builder had a get together in the parking lot for the office/model homes. Most of us went over for it - it was a beautiful day, but almost too warm! I mentioned last week it was supposed to get back to normal. We maybe had a day of normal. We almost beat the heat record one day last week and it's been in the 80's. It's almost Thanksgiving for goodness sake! We saw Barrett & Kambria (this is her correct spelling) and their family again. We had all three sets of twins lined up and we learned there is a set of Quads in our neighborhood! Two boys and two girls (and they have siblings also) WOW!

Then on Saturday night we went to watch The Colony fireworks (remember - they were cancelled on the 4th due to the flooding). Dark comes earlier this time of year! They were at 6:30 pm. The babies were both mesmerized by them. We thought at least one might not like them or the noise, but both were great. Sean even started clapping while watching.
