Happy 2nd Birthday Ben & Kate - swimming playdate

Monday, Aug. 31st was B&K's 2nd birthday and it was also the day we planned a swimming play date at our house.

Two parties last weekend, two this weekend and two next weekend. Most are for two year olds, but one was for one year old twins and two are for 40 year old Daddy's!

Karen, brought a nanny friend to the play date and I asked her to take some pictures for us.

Look how tall she is getting! Growing leaps and bounds. All her jammie pants are too short now. Yesterday we went to buy new tennis shoes and I bought her a size 9! They were just wearing 5's at Christmas. The 8's might have worked, but it felt like her toe was right there, so I went bigger.

They have been practicing singing and blowing out candles to be ready for their big day!

Since we had a few extra bodies we asked them to take a group picture as this is the best turn out we have EVER had for a play date since we started the group a year and a half ago!
