Outside activities

I am trying hard to catch up here.

This is two weekends ago outside. A typical outside play for us is Hadley to find something to do - eat, drink, chalk, lay down and pretend she's sleeping - whatever strikes her fancy that day.

This was a Sunday, so Daddy was home and able to play with us. He brought out his own snack of Almonds and instantly had some curious kids. The next day Hadley brought out her own almond snack.

The kids are getting so much better on their bike. Their legs are long enough for the trikes now, but they haven't conquered the pushing strength yet.

So, Daddy decided to give a little help. But, to save his back the broom helped him out!

This is last weekend. In between the rain, but still in the wind Daddy and Hadley planted some seeds around our trees.

We are hoping to have pretty flowers soon!

Sean was still taking a nap.

On Thursday after school Sean decided to line up all the outdoor toys on the front walk.

A neighbor drove by and asked if we were having a yard sale! (Even though she knew we weren't).

Sean rides every toy over and over again - every time we are outside. He usually puts one back when he gets out the next, so this was a first.

We have been playing a lot of baseball. He insists that we get the bases out, however as you can see he has no idea where to place them. Guess that is because he doesn't know how to run them yet either. But, he sure can hit and throw!
