First Trick or Treating Experience

After Halloweenies we stopped home to put out our candy and pick up the candy buckets.

First stop was next door at John & Krystal's. Daddy is explaining to them what to do and say.
Hadley caught on quick - here is my bucket fill it up! They did real well at wearing their hat & head dress the entire time.
We then rounded the corner and head up the next street in search of porch lights.





They stopped at the next corner to "cheese" for me. I think Hadley might even be waving!





Back on our street - here they are knocking on another door. Another little boy came up and showed them how to ring the doorbell to get the homeowners to the door faster!

We left our candy out on a chair and John & Krystal directed Trick or Treaters to our house.

We then went back and all hung out in our driveway.







After awhile it was past 21 month olds bed time. So, Hadley crashed in Mommy's lap!

We sorted thru the candy and gave back out the gum and stuff that they and we wouldn't eat. It was a good night. Next year - they will really get it as they will know what candy is more by then!
