Stomach Bug

Sunday night after I posted, went to bed and read I started to not feel so good. I lost count after six times, but was in the bathroom many times from 11:30 pm to 6 am tossing my Easter dinner (what a bummer to cause it was very good).

This picture was this morning - Tuesday.

Monday Hadley was certainly not herself, but not as bad off as Sean and I. Sean and Hadley both ate breakfast and seemed to be fine. I came downstairs after Pat left for work and laid on the floor. Sean climbed all over me and then tossed his breakfast.
I talked to their doctor's office about noon. I was concerned about how to treat Hadley as it was obvious she was not herself, but she was not reacting the same way we were. I was told there is a stomach bug going around and it's effecting each person differently. So, we decided to go with bland diets for both and nothing for Sean until after he stopped vomiting.
Pop also began to not feel well. But, hung in long enough to go to the store for Pedialyte, applesauce, etc. Pat came home from work at 10 am as he has a pulled muscle in his back (happened Saturday afternoon), didn't sleep well after he found out I was sick and later began not feeling so hot himself. So, it was a very long Monday for all six of us.

Thank goodness Grammy was here and feeling well!! She changed many diapers, cleaned up after Sean's episodes, washed his jammies after changing him twice and just overall tended to the rest of us!

Today I am 100% better - especially after I sat in the bathtub and finished reading a book this morning. Pat is still touch and go. Working from home today. Pop is better and already been back to the store for more Pedialyte and chicken soup. The kids are still under the weather as they both went back to sleep on me first thing this morning.....see pictures above. Sean wanted to be close to his sister - he started out on top of her. I pulled her out from under and he kept moving closer and closer to her on the other side of me. So, I asked Daddy to snap a shot or two. Sean was awake enough to smile for you!
Note: Hadley doesn't match - yesterday was jammies day all day didn't matter if you match or not. It was kind of chilly, so we just wanted to stay warm.

Hope this avoids all of you! Does seem to be a short lived bug. Don't know how I/we would have survived yesterday with Grammy and Pop here!

I'm so sorry you got "THE BUG"! We all had it here we started two days before the triplets birthday party and seemed to have infected all who came even though no one was sick that day. Maybe Ed brought it to TX ;)even though he was the only one in the house who did not get it.
