A day at the Gym with Daddy - Sat. 01/12/08

We have had a fun and busy weekend. We love weekends (as most people do) because Daddy is home with us. All four of us went to 9:15 gym class and Baby Shawn and her Daddy Mike were there too!

They love to swing! We usually get in the double swing, but today wanted to see if they like it individually since we were both there.
Maybe they will get one for their birthday?! Sean plays with the little boy in the mirror many days - I think he knows him!

Ms. Jackie is telling a story about Farmer Brown and the five green apples. Too bad Ms. Aly is off on Saturday, because Sean is taken quite a liking to her! They had a blast at the birthday party Friday afternoon.
Saturday was also a Daddy Adventure day. A local hospital sets up one hour one Saturday a month at a different location. This month was an art museum. They looked at pictures, colors and counted. But, as you can see Daddy and Sean were pretty tired after their big morning together. Hadley gets to go next month. Mommy enjoyed her morning getting things done around the house while Hadley slept and then played. She can entertain herself for hours. However, she has learned how to shut doors and then doesn't like when she is left in a room and can't get out! lol
Saturday night Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner with our friends for Richard's birthday. Richard and Toni's girls (Nishi & Synclair) along with Kristen's kids, Nikki and Dylan joined by another friend Tasha all came to our house. When we got home we found Dylan sleeping in the recliner with Hadley's baby doll. What a cute shot! He loves the babies so much - he thinks he is coming over to babysit them not being watched himself when we have evenings like this! The girls say he is a big help.
