Good news

Hadley's MRI did not show anything of concern on the brain! YEAH! She was a trooper and is home crawling around on the floor playing by herself like any other day. She stills weighs under 15 pounds and did not care for the nurse hold her hands still/tight to find a vein. She did cry while we held her down to put the IV in and was fussy after it, but she was already nap time tired (and probably hungry too). They had us in a room on the pediatric floor. Daddy got there in time to sing to her and calm her down, so Mommy could eat a bite of lunch before the MRI.
They took us downstairs for the MRI. Dr. Jones administered the knock out drug and she was out in only seconds. Daddy was holding her, so he didn't really see it - but, I saw her eyes go back and her demeanor change. They said it would take about 40 minutes, but she was only back there about 25 minutes.

Then we went back up to the room and waited for sleeping beauty to awake. Once she did (after about 40-45 mins) we gave her a bottle. Daddy headed home to relieve Sally and play with Sean. Hadley and Mommy got home about 4pm. Sean is napping, Daddy is working and Hadley is getting in trouble for playing with the electronics under the TV - like she does EVERY DAY!

Thanks again for all the e-mails, thoughts and prayers. I will check back in with Dr. Leffler's office tomorrow and find out what we do next. Not sure if we go straight to the Retina Foundation for more tests or wait for him to review the MRI results to see if he sees anything in the eye pictures. We will continue to post updates as we find out more info.
